How to guarantee a booking for our premium accommodation in Launceston

Quality Hotel Colonial in Launceston requires a valid credit card to guarantee a booking for single and multiple room reservations. When booking a stay at our hotel with a valid credit card, you are guaranteed for late arrival. 

We do accept bookings for our accommodation without a credit card, but these will be non-guaranteed reservations. If you book accommodation without a credit card, you must contact us to confirm before 4:00pm on the day of your expected arrival.

If you fail to notify us or arrive at our premium accommodation by 4:00pm, your booking will be cancelled, and the room will be released.
