We have an onsite restaurant, The QC Brasserie, located beside our reception area within the main building of Quality Hotel Colonial.

This room was the "Old Chapel" of the Launceston Church Grammar School. In 1972, construction and restoration began on the tourism complex. The Old Chapel was converted into a fine dining restaurant called Quill & Cane that catered for breakfast, lunch, dinner and private events. In 2009, it was tastefully redecorated to reflect modern, old world charm and re-named The QC Brasserie. It was reduced to strictly serve breakfast or in house guests and local residents as well as private events.
